First selection round by ObjectivEye

To make this round as fair and objective as possible, we do not assess CVs at this stage. Instead of submitting a traditional cover letter, we ask all candidates to answer five detailed questions on relevant skills and competences.
Using AI, these answers are distributed randomly over multiple reviewers and are assessed completely anonymously. This way, everyone gets an equal chance.

Online assessment

If you pass the first selection round, you will invited to take an online assessment with GITP. This assessment covers several areas, including competencies, cognitive abilities, personal drives, and verbal analogies. Your scores will decide if you move on to the next round.

Assessment scores test results and CV

After the online assessment, we link the CVs to the scores and conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the assessment results and CVs. Ultimately, we will invite around 24 candidates for the selection day.
